Ramadan is expected to start on March 12 in most Islamic countries, with the new crescent moon likely to be sighted on March 11 .

The International Astronomy Center stated that on March 10, the crescent won't be visible due to its short duration after sunset.

Engineer Muhammad Shawkat Odeh emphasized that the crescent could be seen easily on March 11, about 15-25 minutes after sunset, using the naked eye.
